The hotel design is undertaken by BLVD, which fully demonstrates the modern style and vitality of Yantai city and integrates the traditional historical and cultural charm. The interior space is mostly decorated with marine elements, such as wave-shaped decorations, pebble-shaped sofas, etc. The designer combines Yantai’s historical background and cultural heritage with modern aesthetics, and conveys a unique hotel cultural experience through the exquisite arrangement of space layout and decorative elements.
A variety of materials are used in the hotel design, including natural wood, marble, glass and metal. These materials not only form a rich sense of layering visually, but also provide a variety of tactile experiences. The use of wood and stone enhances the natural feel of the space, while metal and glass bring a sense of modernity and sophistication.
The hotel’s art furnishings and decorative elements are based on local culture, reflecting the history and culture of Yantai through blue and white porcelain, traditional patterns and carving techniques.
