The design concept of the Hotel Indigo Lugu Lake project is centered on “symbiosis of nature and luxury”. By combining the unique local natural landscape with a modern luxury lifestyle, it creates a hotel space that not only has a high-end vacation experience but is deeply integrated into the natural environment.
The hotel’s architecture and interior decoration combine local handicrafts, traditional patterns and modern design elements. Every detail reflects respect and love for local culture. The designer used traditional crafts and materials from Lugu Lake, such as wood carving, stone carving and embroidery, in the decoration and detail processing, giving the space a strong cultural heritage. The designer extracted the natural elements around Lugu Lake and combined them with modern design techniques to make the space full of natural tranquility and humanistic care. The hotel rooms complement the traditional Mosuo culture, drawing on the characteristics of traditional Mosuo residential architecture, adopting the method of gabled double-slope roofs, and combining some hip roofs to create a more vivid skyline.
